How to disable auto-update apps in Google Playstore.

Apps in your android mobile will download update automatically whenever you are connected to internet. The updates will improve performance and security of your Smartphone and tablet but it can slow down your internet speed and stop doing other things with your Smartphone. This post explains how to disable auto-update apps in google playstore. Let's see how to do it.

Step 1: Open your Google Playstore and tap on navigation drawer icon in the top left corner. Scroll down and tap on "Settings"



Step 2: "Settings" window will open in that tap on "Auto-update apps".


Step 3: You will see three options "Do not auto-update apps", "Auto-update apps at any time. Data charges may apply", "Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only" from that select "Do not auto-update apps".


If you want update apps while connected to Wi-Fi select "Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only" option.
