Open YouTube Video and Copy the Video URL you want to download.To Copy Video URL Right over the video and select "Copy Video URL at current time" option from the menu.
Now Open your VLC Media Player. Go to "Media->Stream" or Press "CTRL+S".
Select "Network" Tab and the paste the URL in the textbox then click Stream.
A "Stream Output" dialog box will open in that Click "Next".
In the next window Click on "Add" button.
A new tab will open in that you see a textbox type the video name and select the destination to save the file.
That’s all Click "Next->Next->Stream" you video will file be saved in the destination you selected.
