Gif or Graphics Interchange Format is a bitmap image format used convey information in moving graphical manner.This post explains about "Creating Gifs using Photoshop".
Step 1: Open your photoshop .Goto Files ->Scripts->Load Files into Stack.
Step 2: Load Layers Dialog will open in that click on the browse and load the image files you want for gif.
Step 3: Now you will all the selected images are loaded in separate layers.
Step 4: Goto Windows -> Animation.
Step 5: Now you will see animation bar at the bottom of your Photoshop showing different layers adjust the bar and the different start position for each of the layer.
Step 6: Now Goto File->Save for Web and Devices.
Step 7: Save for Web & Devices will open in that click on save.
Step 8: In the Save as Dialog enter your gif name and click save.
